A seasoned execution executive, Gail has partnered with business leaders to deliver their strategies for more than 20 years.
She works shoulder-to-shoulder with senior executives in planning and hands-on delivery of multi-million dollar transformational initiatives. She has led teams delivering modernization, operational restructuring, new business models, customer centricity, operational excellence, innovative technologies as well as culture shifts. Gail also works with organizations to build transformation capability. This includes mindsets, structures, processes, methodologies and skills.
A graduate of Queen’s University, Gail holds several qualifications in Change Management (including Conner Partners’ Agent 1 and 2 Change Execution Methodology and Prosci’s Certified Change Manager certification).
She has worked with many North American and global organizations, including: TDBank, Holt Renfrew, RSA Canada, Manulife Financial / John Hancock, Royal Bank of Canada, CIBC, Trillium Health Centre, Canadian Blood Services and Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield.
